Our Story

I get asked all of the time, how to do this, how to vocal tone = intone, and I haven’t set down to really put it in a video from until now.

I offer this because we need all the resources we can get right now, and I believe in the power that vocal toning has our on our bodies, each of us: Helping our nervous systems in any way we can right now.

As we navigate this hard world we find ourselves in. I am in the position to help empower people to use their voice, physically, but my hope is that this will also help people metaphorically as well.

To help you find your singing/toning voice, so that you can eventually listen to your inner voice, and to be able to speak out more loudly than before.

Meet Jen

Main Questions:

What is vocal toning?

Vocal Toning is synonymous with the idea of “Intoning” or sustaining a long pitch, and we do this to help stimulate the vagus nerve, and lead to a raising of the parasympathetic part of our nervous system to increase our overall physiological well being without having to do much at all. It can be helpful and calming to our bodies in matter of minutes.

Why should I learn from Jen?

  • 10+ years leading group singing or all ages

  • Somatic Voicework (The LoVetri Method) Practitioner, 14+ years

  • Sound Healing Practitioner, 6+ years

  • Trained in Nervous System Regulation

I'm not a singer, can I do this?

Yes, I am of the radical background that if you can speak, you can learn to sing or intone.

Check out the video below to see more of WHY.

No matter if you consider yourself a singer or not, your voice creates the healing vibrations in your body for the parasympathetic part of your nervous system.

I am a singer, why would I need this?

I'm a singer too, and guess what? Vocal Toning gave me the freedom to take back my own voice. It has become one of my primary resources for nervous system regulation or meditation. Vocal toning has become a reminder of how good it feels, and why we started to sing in the first place.
